Loving and respecting yourself isn’t always easy, but it’s the best decision you can make. In the past if someone asked me if I loved myself, I’d say “of course I do!” Now, as I’ve examined my relationship with myself I realized I frequently put others before myself, value the opinions of others above my own, and treat my body more like trash than a temple. We should all practice loving ourselves a little more. Here’s a little self-love inspiration.

Truly loving yourself is a journey. One way that I practice self love is by nourishing my body. Even when I’m mentally feeling weak, I can always show my body love by exercising, eating well, and drinking water. Comment below which quote you like the most and some of your self love tips.
