Refreshing Green Juice Recipe

I love starting my day with a healthy smoothie or juice. This green juice is packed with nutrients and it tastes delicious! It’s a great way to add extra nutrients in your diet. Feel free to add or take out any fruits or vegetables that you would like. I didn’t have apples at home but I think they would have tasted great in this juice.


Spinach: Spinach is rich in vitamins A, C and K, magnesium, iron and manganese.

Pineapple: Contains magnesium, manganese, potassium, vitamin B-6

Celery: Rich in Vitamins A, K, and C, plus minerals like potassium and folate

Lime: Lime rejuvenates skin, improves digestion. fights infections, helps with weight loss, lowers blood sugar, reduces heart disease, prevents cancer, and reduces inflammation.

Water: Essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions, hydrates the skin body, regulates body temperature, flushes body waste, and so much more

  1. Combine a handful of pineapple with a handful of spinach
  2. Add a stalk of celery
  3. Squeeze 1/4 of a lime to the mixture
  4. Add half a cup of water
  5. Blend
  6. Enjoy!
