To me, Fall is such a joyous time of year. I love the changing colors and the cozy fabrics and scents. Fall is one of those seasons that if you don’t grab onto it while it’s here, it will quickly slip away. One of the loveliest aspects of Fall is that there are so many activities associated with the season. Fall is the perfect time to pick fresh fruit, bake, go on a scenic hike, and more. Everything in the Fall feels so crisp and new, like a fresh start. Because it’s so easy for the season to slip away, this year I decided to make a Fall bucket list so I can remind myself of all the fun activities I want to participate in before the season is over.

Go apple picking
Go pumpkin picking
Bake pumpkin bread
Bake apple pie
Drink apple cider from a farm
Try a seasonal Starbucks drink
Go on a hayride
Light a Fall scented candle
Watch Halloweentown (the kid in me craves it every single year)
Because of the crisp weather and the beginning of a new school year, Fall always feels like a new beginning for me. While I have some traditional, Fall activities I can’t wait to participate in, there are also some wellness goals I would like to meet this season. As great as it is to start a new year with new goals, I think it is also very important to end the year on a positive note as well. If you have neglected your 2020 new year solutions, or you simply want to make some changes, now is the perfect time to start. Some goals on of my wellness bucket list include:
Exercising at least 3 days a week
Meditating daily
Journaling daily
Listening to wellness podcasts every week
I hope this season is cozy, warm, and intentional for you. I also hope that you achieve all the goals that slipped away from your during the summer. This is a new season and a new opportunity for you to start a new chapter. It’s never too late to start over. Let’s grow together!
