Self Care Saturday: Meditation and A Week In Pins

Good morning! I hope this weekend finds you well! I have been really loving the #selfcaresaturday / Pinterest pin posts that I have been doing lately and today I wanted to mix it up and do something a little different by adding a stretch and mantra to it.


Take a moment to give your body love and nourishment.

Shoulder roll:

  • Raise your shoulders straight up and move them in a circle going forward. Do this 5 times.
  • Return to the start position, and make another 5 circles, this time going backward.


I love speaking my truth in a loving way. I am bold and my life is full of opportunities.

Weekends have the potential to be extremely restorative. Take time this weekend to speak your truth and walk to the beat of your own drum. You are energy and you receive what you put out. This weekend, take time to get centered and focused on what you can do and feel in order to live a life true to you. Morning mindfulness is so important because it gives you a platform to be centered and allows you live the remainder of your day in a more balanced way.
