Journal Prompts For A More Intentional Day

Have you ever sat down at the end of the day and thought, “wow that is not at all how I thought today would go?” If so, you will love and benefit from this journal exercise. If you have been following me for awhile you would know that I love the concept of intentional and elevated living. The best way to have an intentional day is to plan it! You may be familiar with jotting down to-do lists and checking your planner throughout the day, but there is even more you can do to ensure that your day goes how you would like it to.

Visualization and manifestation focuses on not only planning for, but truly feeling and believing in ,what you want. When you make a to-do list, do not just stop at writing what you want to do, allow yourself to feel how you will feel when you cross each step off your list. Live life on a higher frequency by giving gratitude, believing in your goals (both big and small!) and keeping yourself organized and on top of your tasks. When I journal in the morning I find that I have a more intentional day. Journaling in the morning reminds you of your goals and keeps your accountable of your tasks. Here are some journal prompts that will help you to have a more intentional day.

I hope these prompts help you to stay more organized and purposeful. Do you journal or use a planner to have a more calculated day? Comment below!
